What we collect

If you sign up, we store your email address and, if you give it, your company name. If you ask for a contract brief, we keep your request and our correspondence.

To contact companies that have won public cleaning and facilities contracts, we use business contact details published by those companies (for example on their websites) and company information from Companies House and public contract notices.

Why, and on what legal basis

We send the weekly email because you asked for it (consent), and we contact businesses about services relevant to their public-sector work on the basis of our legitimate interests. We only send unsolicited emails to incorporated companies, never to sole traders or partnerships.

Who we share it with

Our email and website providers process data on our behalf. We don't sell or rent your details.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep a record of unsubscribes so we don't contact you again.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@renewalscout.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
