NHS rules change on 1 April 2027

From 1 April 2027, every NHS contract above the tender threshold will need a Carbon Reduction Plan, because the simpler Net Zero Commitment is being dropped. Central government contracts over £5m a year already require one. The fuller 2027 NHS plan covers every relevant Scope 3 category across your whole business, including outside the UK; we do not write those yet. £395 for up to 50 staff, £595 for 51 to 250, with no VAT to add. Annual update £195: plans must be refreshed every year.

What we need from you

Twelve months of ordinary paperwork.

Fuel-card statements or litres of diesel and petrol
Electricity and gas bills for any office or depot
Business mileage from expense claims
Staff numbers and roughly how they travel to work
Your waste contractor's figures, if you have them
